We work with your production team and your HR team to really explain how the employee returning to work is beneficial to the employee. Getting back to work sooner can help the employee heal faster physically, and it can also help them emotionally to be surrounded by their co-workers and friends.

Another thing that we do differently is that we reach out to the injured employee's doctor. Oftentimes, the doctor might not know that there is a Transitional Return to Work program available. We talk them through what we're going to do, how we're going to do it, how we're going to treat that employee, how we're going to watch out for them and make sure that they're safe while they're healing.

It's really important to us that we take each situation as it comes instead of just providing a blanket form. We tailor the job description for the Transitional Return to Work position to the restrictions of each employee instead of having a generic job bank. Every employee is important, and we want to get them back to that pre-injury status as quickly as possible.
